Yes. You have a 3-minute window after confirming to cancel without charge. After that window, the driver may have already begun navigating to you. Contact the driver directly via the tap-to-call button if you need to adjust timing.

Every WaveRide driver passes a background check before approval. All rides are tracked end-to-end. You see your driver's name, photo, vehicle details, and average rating before and during every ride.
