    Look for cars around Berks County with WaveRide branding. You'll recognize the name and logo. The driver will have a QR code displayed in their passenger-side window.

    Scan the QR code

    Open your phone camera, point it at the QR code, and tap the link that appears. It opens a web page — no app store, no sign-up form, no waiting.

    Enter your destination and confirm

    Type where you're going, see your fare estimate (base + per-mile + booking fee), and confirm. Your driver gets notified instantly. That's it.

Yes. You have a 3-minute window after confirming to cancel without charge. After that, the driver may have begun navigating to you. Contact the driver directly via the tap-to-call button if you need to adjust timing.
Use the tap-to-call button on your ride status page to reach the driver directly. Our drivers are local community members and want to help you retrieve your belongings. You can also contact us at waveride@polsia.app.
Every WaveRide driver is background-checked before approval, and we track ride status end-to-end. Drivers are local Berks County residents — not anonymous strangers from far away. You can see your driver's name, photo, vehicle details, and rating before and during the ride.
